The Sounds of Advice #4

How to put up with people that gets on your last nerve

Sandy: I have to try and shrug it off as much as possible. When that doesn't work I usually vent to someone, most of the time my best friend and we have a good laugh.

Aisling: Sometimes people can be downright annoying. Some don't mean to be, others find fun in it. Either way if someone is working your last nerve just remember to breathe, ignore the annoying party as best as you can and remember to be the better person. Remember the golden rule you most likely learned in kindergarten? Treat others how you want to be treated. Perhaps they will follow suit.

Kate: It's not always an easy thing to do, especially if it's someone you work or live with. If you can, do your best to not associate with them or ignore them. If you don't have to deal with them on a regular basis, this can help immensely.  Always be polite about it, even if you don't want to be. Being a jerk about it will just make things 100 times worse. Try to let it not taint your mood or day. And if they do, find a healthy way to let off steam.
